Transaction Data: Purchase history and payment metadata handled securely by our Merchant of Record (Paddle). We do not store credit card numbers or raw financial details on VALINI servers.

Enterprise Knowledge Base: We never receive, store, or process your internal documents or proprietary knowledge bases on our central infrastructure.

Model Training: We never train foundation AI models on customer data.

4. Data Security

Deployments run within your secure cloud tenant or air-gapped on-premise infrastructure. All processing, storage, and telemetry logs remain isolated within your security perimeter.
